From the 6th Internet Governance Forum: corridor talk, memorable quotes, and #igfbuzz

If you attended the 6th IGF in Nairobi but forgot to tune it to #igf11 on Twitter, you’ve missed some pretty interesting conversations.

I’m not just referring to the thousands of tweets posted during the workshops by participants who were either in Nairobi or participating remotely, tweets that have been aggregated on Diplo’s IGF2011 e-participation aggregator.

I’m also referring to particular tweets that have captured the ‘corridor talk’, memorable quotes, the occasional amusing comment, and a few brash reactions … those tweets that added context and flavour in a light-hearted way. It’s what we referred to as the ‘buzz’ that surrounded the main conversations – hence the #igfbuzz hashtag.
